Company
Technologies 3 V.I.S. inc. (company name: 3vis) specializes
in the sale of 3D software and video solutions. With their diverse work experiences,
the company’s three founders created 3vis some six years ago. Since then,
their business has taken giant strides.
The president of Technologies 3 V.I.S., Sylvain Plourde, worked
in an industrial design firm for several years before pursuing a different career
path in software sales. David Bitton, Vice-President, Technologies, arrived
in Canada ten years ago to learn the ins and outs of 3D. His brother, Stephan
Bitton, Vice-President, Finance, completed his degree in finance and now manages
the company. The three partners then hired 3D and video specialists to ensure
the highest level of customer service.
Let’s start with William Josmar, our 3D technical expert.
After studying electronics in France, in 1997, William came to Québec
to hone his 3D creation and animation skills at Université du Québec
à Montréal. A certified Maya instructor and 3vis team member since
2002, William has also attended several professional training sessions on digital
content creation software. He teaches Maya basics and assists clients by providing
technical support.
After completing programs in electronics and computer studies
in 1991, Yulian Pugachevsky worked for various companies including Matrox Electronic
Systems (video division), IBM, and Ericsson. In 2003, Yulian joined 3vis and
helped set up the video department. A consultant, an instructor, and our chief
integrator, he is a certified Apple technician, XSAN integrator, and Final Cut
Pro operator. Yulian is an expert in video, audio, mass storage, and networking.
Dominic Bourget, our new sales representative, has recently
joined the team. He has vast experience in sales and marketing and has worked
on large-scale productions in Montréal including Star Académie,
Demandes Spéciales, and Occupation Double. He is the go-to person to
assess your needs, determine the issues, and find affordable and, above all,
functional solutions that meet your requirements and fit your budget.
The Latin word “vis” is a reference to the key
terms that reflect our company’s philosophy: strength, energy in action,
values, and resources. The number 3 underscores 3D technologies and is a reminder
of the company’s beginnings and its three founders.
Products
3vis’ key activity is the distribution of specialized
solutions – software and computer equipment – for visual and virtual
productions, and especially 3D modelling and postproduction. The company provides
software for several clients in the 3D creation and video editing fields, for
film, television, and video game production.
3vis offers software that are references in the field and vital
postproduction and video game creation tools including Maya, 3Ds Max, Combustion,
Final Cut Pro, and Shake. 3vis also sells all of the material necessary to use
the software and will determine a specialized and adapted solution (software
and equipment) for each client.
In addition to providing equipment, 3vis also offers consulting,
technical support, and training services. 3vis has also set up government certified
training sessions for businesses and individuals on all of its featured products.
3vis experts are available throughout the production process to create, assess
client needs, provide the right solutions, and ensure that each individual has
the tools necessary to complete the project.

Our unparalleled expertise and strong ties with clients have
made our team competitive in eastern Canada and especially in Montréal.

team members and meet often at 3D and video events organized by the company
to discuss new software options and features.
